Gaffes and such

Rush Limbaugh made fun of Obama the other day for talking about dealing with foreign leaders "for the next eight to ten years." A minor slip up that won't hurt him in people's minds too much, I reckon.

Jon Stewart made fun of McCain two nights ago for speaking about the "Iraq-Pakistan border." McCain has talked about infiltration of Al-Queda from Iraq into Iraq. Jimmy Kimmel made fun of him last week for referring to the Czech Republic as "Czechoslovakia."

McCain's gaffes are much more damaging. To not know which country borders Iraq! This is venturing into Swift Boat territory, by which I mean something that undercuts the whole narrative a candidate is putting forth as to why they should be president.
